Record fee payments as they arrive
When a student pays, staff logs it against their profile. The system automatically splits tuition fees (TF), material fees (MF), and enrolment fees (EF) — only eligible fee types count toward commission.

Under Australian VET agent agreements, transfer students — those who move from another college — typically generate zero commission for the referring agent. Most colleges track this manually. RTO Commissions handles it automatically.

When you flag a student as a transfer at enrolment, the system permanently marks them as commission-ineligible. No matter how many fees they pay, they will never appear in any commission calculation. No manual checking required at month-end.
